SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Basic Shipping and Carriers: If shipping is not specified, Blue Thunder will ship the most economical way, using either UPS or FedEx. Blue Thunder can also use your shipping account for either carrier number. Notify Blue Thunder, by phone or email, at time of order with instructions for using your account number.
Damaged Products: All products leaving Blue Thunder are thoroughly inspected before being packed by our shipping department. If you packaged arrives with visible damage such as a ripped, smashed or torn box please refuse delivery and contact Blue Thunder. We’ll deal with the shipping company from that point forward and ship a replacement order right away. If you notice product damage after delivery and while unpacking, contact Blue Thunder for instructions.
Listed below are the ways that damaged product should be handled:
Blue Thunder will replace any damaged item when the damage was caused by our shipping department. This damage must be validated by Blue Thunder to ensure that the product damage was caused when it was initially made or packaged. If so a new product will be reshipped once the damaged order is returned to Blue Thunder.
Blue Thunder will not replace items that are damaged due to negligence or carelessness on behalf of others, such as razor cuts or scissor marks made when opening the package.
It is the responsibility of the shipping company to transport the product safely, therefore we ask the buyer not to accept apparently damaged cartons from the carrier upon delivery. Tell the shipping company to return the damaged unopen package to Blue Thunder, so a replacement order can be initiated.
If the integrity of the carton is fine but the product appears damaged, please notify Blue Thunder before shipping the damaged product back to Blue Thunder so that both parties are in agreement of the procedure involved.
Delivery time: Allow 2-7 working days for delivery of non-backordered items. Delivery during the Christmas season may require additional shipping days.

Consolidated Shipments: Entire order will be shipped together, if possible.
Tracking Number: Blue Thunder can provide you with a tracking number upon request when your order ships.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Promptness and Packaging: All returns must be postmarked no later than 15 days from the original customer shipping date. Returns and exchanges must be in compliance with the policy stated directly above in the “Damaged Products” section. Blue Thunder reserves the right to refuse returns that are not in compliance with our policies.
Damaged Goods Return Authorization: Blue Thunder requests that you email or call prior to returning an item. We will then issue a “return authorization” and will know to expect your item to arrive within a few days.
Incorrect Item Received: Blue Thunder will replace incorrect items and pay the return shipping charges. Blue Thunder will reimburse customers the standard shipping rate only.

When placing an order through Blue Thunder, customers agree to the policies stated within this agreement.
Mistakenly posted prices posted on our website do not obligate Blue Thunder to those incorrect prices. In such a case, the incorrect price will be immediately corrected at the earliest possible time and the customer will be contacted for his approval on the correct price before the product is shipped. If the correct price is unacceptable a credit will be made back to the customer for any previously accepted by Blue Thunder.
Blue Thunder reserves the right to refuse service to customers when out of the ordinary requests are presented.
